Export-Grade Compressed Coconut Coir Fiber

High-Tensile, Natural Structural Strands for Global Civil Engineering & Industrial Manufacturing

COCONUT COIR FIBER

Our coconut coir fiber represents the pinnacle of natural structural strength. Extracted from the resilient outer husks of mature Indonesian coconuts, the loose fiber is processed through high-velocity mechanical willowing drums to aggressively shake out trapped pith dust and debris. The resulting clean, long-strand fiber bundles are hydraulically compressed to maximize container payload weight efficiency while preserving high elastic memory, tensile durability, and resistance to saltwater decay.

Premium Low-EC Manufacturing Grade

  • Electrical Conductivity (EC): < 0.5 mS/cm (Freshwater washed).

  • Moisture Content: 12% – 15% Maximum (Verified across every batch using digital pin-type moisture probes).

  • Impurity / Pith Dust Fraction: 3% – 5% Maximum (Highly sifted, clean strand uniformity).

  • Fiber Length Distribution: 5 cm to 25 cm (Minimum 80% long-grade structural strands).

  • Visual Appearance: Bright golden yellow, natural cream tan, or light golden brown (completely free of sulfur chemical bleaching).

  • Primary Applications: Luxury automotive seating upholstery, organic spring mattress padding, high-end acoustic insulation panels, and premium industrial brushes.

Industrial High-EC Geotextile Grade

  • Electrical Conductivity (EC): > 1.0 mS/cm (Unwashed industrial grade).

  • Moisture Content: 18% Maximum.

  • Impurity / Pith Dust Fraction: 10% – 12% Maximum.

  • Fiber Length Distribution: Mixed short, medium, and long industrial strands (3 cm to 20 cm).

  • Visual Appearance: Deep dark brown or rustic matte tan.

  • Primary Applications: Woven civil engineering geotextile nets, slope soil erosion control blankets, riverbank stabilization, and heavy-duty marine towing ropes.

Logistics & Export Presentation

  • Form Factor: Hydraulically Compressed Rectangular Bales (~100 cm x 70 cm x 40 cm).

  • Net Weight per Bale: 85 kg to 125 kg net per bale (~100 kg standard).

  • Packaging Shield: Bales are wrapped in industrial-grade, breathable PP woven plastic sheet wraps to allow natural atmospheric venting, permanently sealed with custom corporate logo tape, and anchored with heavy-duty polypropylene (PP) strapping bands under 30–50 Tons of hydraulic force.

  • Traceability Guard: Every bale is fitted with a heavy-duty, waterproof A6 synthetic tie-on cargo tag cable-tied directly to the strapping bands to ensure absolute customs compliance.

  • Logistical Footprint: Shipped strictly via 40ft High Cube (HC) Full Container Loads (FCL).

    • Container Capacity: 18 to 20 Metric Tons (~180 to 200 Bales).

  • Port Gateways: Loaded via Tanjung Perak (Surabaya) or Tanjung Emas (Semarang) Sea Ports.
