  1. Quotation & Spec Review: We issue a detailed price quote based on your target product specifications and current market rates.

  2. Full Corporate Offer (FCO): A formal, binding corporate offer is issued to outline our exact capabilities, volume yields, and final pricing.

  3. Letter of Intent (LOI): The buyer submits an official LOI confirming their intent to purchase under the agreed terms.

  4. International Sales Contract: Both legal entities review, finalize, and sign a binding international sales contract that outlines all liabilities and product standards.

  5. 100% Advance Payment: Buyer fulfills the 100% Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) advance payment to initiate production.

  6. Proforma Invoice (PI) Issuance: We issue the official PI detailing our banking coordinates, corporate routing numbers, and exact logistical specifications to authorize fund release.

  7. 100% Advance Capital Allocation: The buyer fulfills the 100% Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) advance payment against the PI to activate and secure their slot in our production queue.

  8. Commercial Invoice & Export: Final export clearance documents and the Commercial Invoice are issued as goods load at the port.

Logistics & Trade Policies

  • Where is your primary shipping port? All export goods are processed, certified, and loaded at the Tanjung Emas (IDSRG)- Semarang, Tanjung Perak (IDSUB)-Surabaya, or Tanjung Priok (IDJKT)-Jakarta.

  • What are your standard payment terms? We work exclusively via 100% Advance Telegraphic Transfer (T/T).

  • What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)? Our baseline requirement is 1x20ft Full Container Load (FCL) for spices and 1x40ft FCL for charcoal. High-grade Planifolia Vanilla can be shipped via air freight starting at 50 kg (Loose Air Freight, Packed in 5 x 10kg Master Cartons).

  • What is the Trade Term?

    • For Boutique Whole Spices, Biomass & Coconut Line: FOB

    • For Premium Gourmet Vanilla: Ex-Works

  • What are your standard container loading capacities?

    • VANILLA: 20 Master Cartons Maximum per Month (Each containing exactly 10 x 1 kg pouches = 200 kg total)

    • 20ft FCL Spices: Typically holds 9 to 15 Metric Tons (MT) depending on the spice density.

    • 40ft FCL Charcoal: Typically holds 25 to 26 Metric Tons (MT).

Special Operational Provision: High-Volume Allocation Requests

Our published monthly capacities are engineered to maintain a strict, zero-defect quality standard. In the event that a buyer requires contract volumes exceeding our current maximum threshold, operations may be scaled to accommodate the request under the following mandatory prerequisites:

  • Full alignment and adherence to our 100% Advance Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) structural framework.

  • The mutual agreement to an extended, multi-tiered delivery timeline to allow for the compliant onboarding of verified regional micro-farmers and specialized sorting personnel.
