• What are your standard payment terms? We work exclusively via 100% Advance Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) or Confirmed Letter.

• What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)? Our baseline requirement is 1x20ft Full Container Load (FCL) for spices and charcoal. High-grade Planifolia Vanilla can be shipped via air freight starting at 50 kg.

• Do you provide custom retail packaging (White-Label)? Yes. For our Shisha and BBQ charcoal portfolios, we offer custom box printing, inner plastic sealing, and white-label branding based on the buyer's artwork specifications.
