CV. Solo Coco Indonesia processes and supplies high-yield, biodegradable coir pith substrates extracted from mature, aged coconut husks. Processed mechanically within our structured agricultural value-addition plants, our coco peat blocks are thoroughly sifted and moisture-calibrated to deliver premium aeration, water retention, and root structural safety for global agricultural distributors and industrial buyers.

Premium Low-EC Horticultural Grade

• Electrical Conductivity (EC): < 0.5 mS/cm (Tested via 1:5 distilled water dilution method).

• Hydrogen Ion Concentration (pH): 5.5 – 6.5 (Optimal chemical buffer zone).

• Moisture Content: 12% – 15% Maximum (Prevents anaerobic deterioration during transit).

• Expansion Volume: Minimum 1:15 ratio (1 kg of compressed pith yields up to 15 Liters of aerated substrate).

• Sieve Mesh Sifting: 4mm – 6mm mechanical rotary screen (Fiber fraction strictly capped below 10%).

• Biosecurity Standard: 100% free of sand, soil, weed seeds, Salmonella, and Phytophthora.

• Primary Applications: Commercial hydroponics, greenhouse berry and vegetable cultivation, seedling propagation nurseries, and sensitive potted plant substrates.

Industrial High-EC Absorbent Grade

• Electrical Conductivity (EC): > 1.5 mS/cm (Unwashed raw coir pith).

• Moisture Content: 18% – 20% Maximum.

• Absorbency Ratio: Highly hydrophilic; retains up to 8–10 times its dry weight in fluids.

• Primary Applications: High-absorbency poultry and equine bedding, industrial oil-spill cleanups, and bulk landscape composting mixtures.

• Form Factor: 5 kg Compressed Blocks (~30 cm x 30 cm x 12/15 cm).

• Packaging Standard: Premium Palletized Configuration. Bare blocks are mechanically stacked on export-compliant pallets, protected with rigid vertical cardboard corner-edge shields, and tightly bound in heavy-duty clear industrial stretch-wrap.

• Atmospheric Guard: All shipping lines are equipped with ceiling-slung Top Dry container desiccant poles to completely neutralize container sweat during maritime transit.

• Logistical Footprint: Shipped strictly via 40ft High Cube (HC) Full Container Loads (FCL).

  • Palletized Capacity: 20 to 22 Metric Tons (~4,000 to 4,400 blocks).

• Compliance Documentation Provided: Phytosanitary Certificate (Badan Karantina Indonesia), Fumigation Certificate, Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, and Packing List.
