CV. Solo Coco Indonesia is an established direct-sourcing supplier and exporter operating out of Surabaya Port (IDSUB) and Jakarta Port (IDJKT). We bypass regional trading middlemen to provide premium, unbranded commodities directly to international markets.

We are seeking text-based, commission-only B2B Independent Sales Representatives to secure procurement contracts with mid-tier European distributors, commercial buyers, and bulk food processors.

⚙️ Your Role & Operational Workflow

To efficiently manage activities across varying international time zones, our corporate executive desk operates a strict, data-driven system. Your performance will be tracked entirely via a 30-Day Critical KPI Matrix:

• Days 1–7: Research, verify, and log 30 target European B2B importers into your assigned rows on our shared Google Sheet tracking system.

• Days 8–21: Initiate text-based cold outreach (Direct Email, LinkedIn, or Business WhatsApp) to at least 15 logged leads, copying our management desk on pitches.

• Days 22–30: Share our unbranded PDF product catalog via Google Drive (or download it from our website), manage objections using our internal guide, and secure at least 1 official Letter of Intent (LOI).

⛔ Critical Accountability Rules

• The 14-Day Velocity Rule: Our tracking system automatically flags and revokes shared folder access for any agent who goes 14 consecutive days with zero spreadsheet log updates or zero active outreach.

• Text-Only Management: To guarantee a strict paper trail, all reporting, data auditing, and deal approvals are handled exclusively via written text. We do not use voice/video calls for tracking.

💰 Compensation & Legal Fee Protection

• We pay a strict 7% commission of the total Free On Board (FOB) Invoice Value for every successful container transaction closed.

• Earning Potential Example: On a standard 20ft container contract valued at $30,000 FOB, your contractually protected 7% commission is exactly $2,100 paid out on a single order.

• Because our export operations are structured strictly under 100% Advance Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), your 7% commission is calculated and wired to your designated bank account on the exact same business day that the buyer’s advance payment fully clears our corporate account.

• We legally guarantee this fee protection via a signed NCNDA contract prior to releasing any supplier data or custom specification catalogs.
